Create Help Files

What are some quality, reputable sites where a student can take a short online workshop? The subjects would be computer related, such as HTML, JAVA, programming basics, ecommerce, etc. I don’t mean an online course for an entire semester…more an informational "workshop" (no grade) that is either self-paced or lasts just a few weeks. I’m aware of Capella.com but would like to know others.
