		<description>Flash needs to be converted to avi before it can be played with. Most people use WinAVI which costs about $40, but the one below is free. Once you convert the file to avi throw it into your favorite video editor and do whatever you want with it. As for creating a flash movie, the only way I know is with WinAVI or Allok and both cost about $40.
